R&D Mechanical Design Engineer

We are looking for an innovative Mechanical Design Engineer who is passionate about research, design, prototyping, and project management documentation for advanced automated machines.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing vision inspection equipment for various industries, especially for printed circuit board assembly and semiconductors. You must support hardware-related customer requests, including troubleshooting and customization during benchmarking & site installation. To achieve the purpose of quality improvement/cost down, you are required to initiate engineering change. Otherwise, you will conduct a feasibility study on equipment, components, and systems performance.

Requirements :

• A recognized Degree/Master in Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent
