My client is a packaging company focusing on just-in-time manufacturing for corrugator board printing, stapling and shipment to customers. They are looking for a R&D Packaging Design Engineer to join their team. This role provides you with an opportunity to develop new skill sets and work with world-known brands.
Your new role
Present creative concepts for product packaging design and present physical and/or digital mockups.
Conduct technical feasibility studies for new packaging solutions and participate in testing procedures, including line trials and transit trials.
Manage project life cycle and costing to ensure it is delivered on time and within budget.
Research on new packaging trends, raw materials and opportunities for sustainability.
