Develop packaging strategies aligned with company objectives, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development and innovation for food, personal care, and home care products.
• Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of innovative packaging solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and material evaluations to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
• Track industry trends, emerging materials, and new packaging technologies.
• Supervise packaging compatibility studies.
• Manage multiple packaging projects from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for effective execution.
