Responsibilities:

• Lead packaging development and innovation for food, personal care, and home care products.
• Oversee the design, testing, and deployment of new packaging solutions.
• Define packaging strategies aligned with business objectives, sustainability targets, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and material evaluations to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging materials, and packaging technologies.
• Oversee packaging compatibility and interaction studies.
• Manage multiple packaging projects from concept through commercialization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
