R&d-process development (dsp)

Key Responsibilities
- Planning & execution of downstream processing of plasma products.
- Running various chromatography steps and UF/DF for protein purification.
- Executing pilot scale batches to generate product for stability studies.
- Responsible for preparation of documentation like R & D BMR, TTD and other reports.
- Record keeping of raw data related to R & D experiments inclusive of lab and pilot scale.
- Responsible for implementation of new strategies for improving existing product.
- Calibration of equipment related to downstream processing.
- Scale-up of downstream process model.
Qualifications
- M. Sc/ B. Tech / M. Tech Biotechnology, Life Sciences.
- 3- 5 Years of experience in R&D, Process Development, Downstream process.
- Knowledge of plasma , biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
