R&D Project Engineer (Production Technology)

We’re seeking an innovative engineer to turn digital designs into real-world production. You’ll design, test, and implement automation and robotics systems that make our production lines faster, smarter, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize automated workflows, robotics, and production machinery
• Collaborate on design‑for‑manufacture and efficient factory layouts
• Lead pilot testing and create SOPs for new production technologies

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years in manufacturing, automation, or process engineering
• CAD/CAM skills and hands‑on experience with PLCs or robotics
• Modular construction or off‑site manufacturing experience
• Programming skills (Python, C++, etc.) and prototyping experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
