R&D Project Leader

**You are responsible for**
+ Gives direction and leads complex, integral projects, from initial phase until introduction in the Market or until internal company delivery, which are essential to Philips organizational strategy involving multiple business domains and knowledge centers inside and outside Philips and/or external business partners and/or customers
+ Setting strategic direction within the project(s) and related projects / program
+ Articulates complex schedules and interdependencies in a consumable way for stakeholders, can identify risks and issues and identifies mitigation actions and understands when to escalate.
+ In collaboration with project stakeholders identifies project risks (opportunities and threats) and issues, identifies mitigation actions and supports in fostering a risk environment where considerate risk-taking behavior is encouraged, taking into consideration the balance between risk taking and risk escalations
