Title: Sales Admin Support Officer

Location: Philippines (Offshore Support Role)
Reporting to: General Manager of Sales & Marketing

Supporting other Stakeholders: Business Managers, Account Managers, NPI Manager

Key Responsibilities

Coupa – Supplier & Procurement Support

• Set up new suppliers in Coupa in line with internal governance requirements
• Raise purchase orders for supplier and setup-related charges
• Complete receipting of goods and services in Coupa
• Provide first-level support to suppliers regarding payment queries and status

SAP – Commercial & Master Data Support

• Run run-in and run-out reports to support product transitions
• Perform new customer setup tasks in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update master data in line with approved processes
