About the Role
Ceragon Networks, the global innovator and leading solutions provider of wireless transport, is looking for R&D Project Manager to join our team.
In this role you will:
Be part of the project management team that runs all Ceragon’s R&D activities in a matrix organization. Lead RnD projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
As an R&D Project Manager at Ceragon, you will lead multi-disciplinary development projects across hardware, software, mechanics, RF, testing, and system engineering domains. You will drive the end-to-end project lifecycle — from concept and design through validation, launch, and post-release improvement — while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Customer Support.
