R&D Project Manager

Job summary:

We're looking for a highly disciplined and technical Project Manager to be the
execution backbone
of our R&D team. This critical role leads the coordinated development and launch of all new and renovated products, ensuring
technical readiness, quality, and speed-to-market
.

This is not a traditional PMO role—you will be deeply embedded in the technical process, ensuring
formulations, regulatory compliance, and packaging
are locked and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Execution:
  Translate product briefs into
  actionable R&D project plans
  with clear, time-bound milestones and deliverables.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:
