Strategic Industrial Diversification Project : As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking a Senior EMC Formulation Expert with deep industry experience to strengthen and accelerate the technical roadmap.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level expertise in EMC formulation design.
Optimize complex multi-variable systems (raw materials, fillers, curing agents, ratios, molecular variants).
Contribute to next-generation formulation strategies, including disruptive molecular approaches.
Integrate reliability requirements and processability constraints (injection, curing, thermal resistance).
Support R&D teams in structuring formulation methodology and prioritization
