Position Summary
As an R&D Specialist in Electronics Hardware , you will be responsible for driving innovation, development, and renovation of electronic hardware (PCBA and sensors) across all Nespresso beverage systems. You will lead the design architecture, ensuring best‑in‑class electronics that meet demanding quality, reliability, safety, and compliance standards. Working closely with procurement, operations, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams, you will secure modular, and future‑ready hardware solutions delivered on time, on quality, and on cost. You will define and validate hardware requirements and specifications while supporting external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, while guardrail critical knowledge.
