Job Description

Our client is FoodTech, a public Israeli startup company producing high-quality alternative protein for food and feed. We are looking for an R&D Manager to manage the company's R&D Department, Qualification as following.
R&D Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the R&D team and Operational management of the R&D labs
Build work programs aimed at achieving the company R&D goals, and implement new initiatives and ideas in coordination with the CSO
Ensure R&D targets, assess performance, monitor tasks completion and working practices
Set the quality policy according to all relevant regulations
Full accountability for quality control and ensuring safety.
Identify difficulties and setting actions to prevent their recurrence
Responsible for procurement and plan inventory of the R&D department
Responsible for documentation
