R&D Support Technician

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with the R&D team in the development of new projects:
+ Operate manual lathes and milling machines for prototype creation and part reprocessing.
+ Assemble and develop prototypes, applying analytical skills to suggest solutions and alternatives.
+ Conduct tests and trials on prototypes and existing products.
+ Work jointly with R&D and Quality departments on the industrialization of new products and the improvement of existing ones:
