R&D Team Lead, Next-Gen Grid Transformers | Geneva

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced R&D Team Manager to lead the Next Generation Grids Transformers team in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, you will manage a team of 5+ engineers and drive innovative technology development, including medium frequency transformers and power electronics.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, several years of industrial experience, and proven leadership skills in an international R&D environment.
