React/.Net Developer TL

React/.Net Tech lead (Remote job Colombia)

Initial Requirements to Apply:

B2 English level or higher (interview process and daily work are 100% in English).

Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience building, deploying, and supporting React-based frontend services.

Required Skills/ Experience:

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development with ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience as a tech leader at least 2 years.
• Experience designing and implementing user interfaces with Azure .NET environment.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, etc.).
• Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
