Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Reader/Writer to support an ākonga (student) in their home-based learning in Red Beach. This part-time role for 5 hours per week is an opportunity to play a key role in a professional team, providing tailored learning support that empowers ākonga to reach their goals.

This is a rewarding and flexible opportunity where you'll make a meaningful impact on a student's learning journey.

What you'll be doing
Supporting ākonga with their learning, as outlined in their Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Assisting Kaiako (teachers) in delivering lessons and adapting materials to meet individual learning needs.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to help ākonga achieve their learning goals.
