**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites
+ Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
+ Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel
+ Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to all safety and quality procedures
+ Support plant operations as needed to ensure timely and efficient production

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Valid CDL
+ Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow established driving protocols
+ Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication skills
