FUNCTIONS

At Catenon we are looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Manager for one of our clients located in Madrid. Our client is a real estate company specialized in the creation of coliving spaces. As Real Estate Acquisition Manager your main responsibilities will be the following:- Source and secure attractive investment opportunities from developers, investors, brokers, families,… as well as develop long-term relationships with them. - Provide an in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis for each investment opportunity and produce, inter alia, market studies, a financial model, key metrics, and a risk analysis. - Present the selected opportunities to the Executive Committee, as well provide regular market updates. - Negotiate attractive economic and legal terms for the acquisitions - Support other teams such as asset management and PMO.
