Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and updating property databases.
- Manage property-related documents like lease agreements, contracts, and reports.
- Provide support for scheduling appointments, client correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Support property listings and coordinate with agents or property managers.
- Conduct basic research on properties and market trends.
- Handle calls and basic social media management when needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with real estate processes or property management is a plus.
- Comfortable with phone and email communication when needed.
