Under the supervision of the Head of Port Land Use Planning in the Land Use Planning Department, the Real Estate Administrator manages a portfolio of real estate contracts. He or she administers, coordinates, and manages a real estate portfolio consisting of port, industrial, and commercial land and buildings.
