Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Caledon, ON. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, generating leads, providing market analysis, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role will also entail ensuring comprehensive client support, from the initial consultation through to closing, while upholding the professional standards and values of Team Sukhvinder.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property handling
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
• Deep understanding of the local real estate market in Caledon and the Greater Toronto Area
