Overview

Promote and sell DMCI Homes properties to prospective clients. Generate leads through various marketing and networking strategies. Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client consultations. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Assist clients in the home-buying process, including documentation and financing options. Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and sales strategies. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• No experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
• With or without a PRC or DHSUD license
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
