You focus on listings and sales while Lockstone offers clear systems and support
What you'll do
Source and secure property mandates
Manage viewings, offers, and client communication
Build a strong local presence in the West Coast
Deliver consistent service to sellers and buyers
What you bring
Preferably PDE4 qualification
Real estate sales experience preferred
Self-discipline and a strong work ethic
Good people skills and follow-through
Comfort working under a manager and structure
