Real Estate Agents for Altea - Marina Baixa

We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents / Lister speaking English and another native/advanced language to work in Altea / La Nucia / Polop / Finestrat and Alfaz del Pi areas.

Tasks

• Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking
• Verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies
• Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties
• Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements
• Live in requested area

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.
