Base Pay Range

$7,000.00/yr - $8,000.00/yr

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Commercial Real Estate Analyst Assistant to work with our existing client. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our client's investment decisions.

Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Fully-Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, talk to people about the data externally (like brokers) and then write an analysis explaining/supporting their findings in detail.
• Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments.
• Create financial models to assess property performance and returns.
