AMERCO Real Estate Company, an international commercial developer of self-storage properties is seeking a Real Estate and Construction Analyst. Responsibilities include tracking and maintaining status and progress of new acquisitions and existing properties throughout the land use, development, and construction process. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

+ Gather and interpret data for status of land use, permitting, and building construction

+ Provide reporting by category, status, and progress of each property

+ Maintain data base of all properties and projects

+ Communicate with construction owner’s representatives to gather current information of project status and schedules
