Real Estate Services: Ensure professional property + facility management, supporting health + safety + ergonomics, performing project + move management on demand, space planning, and management of critical infrastructure. Controlling: Planning and monitoring of budgets and cost development of all related costs. Proactive identification and implementation of cost saving potentials. Third Party Management: Ensure the adherence to the TPA governance process for your direct area of responsibility.
