Manages the company´s corporate real estate portfolio and provides accompanying workplace services.

+ Real Estate Services: Ensure professional property + facility management, supporting health + safety + ergonomics, performing project + move management on demand, space planning, and management of critical infrastructure.

+ Controlling: Planning and monitoring of budgets and cost development of all related costs. Proactive identification and implementation of cost saving potentials.

+ Third Party Management: Ensure the adherence to the TPA governance process for your direct area of responsibility. Provide oversight and Subject Matter Expertise across the business and functions on the policy, supporting tools (CBRA), roles and responsibilities, and annual risk assessments
