Real Estate Assistant (Remote)
Support real estate marketing, reporting, CRM, and administrative operations to help grow and maintain client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull MLS data, analyze market statistics, and create monthly market reports
Draft, format, and finalize PDF letters for buyers, sellers, and local businesses
Design marketing materials, flyers, newsletters, and campaigns using Canva and Madison Design Suite
Manage CRM (Realty Juggler): data entry, lead tracking, reporting, and milestone reminders
Track listing activity, open houses, and follow-up with sellers
Maintain testimonials, reviews, and Google Business Page
Develop and update SOPs; organize files and reports in Google Workspace
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English skills
Real estate experience preferred
CRM management experience (Realty Juggler preferred)
Experience with Google Workspace and design tools (Canva/Madison Design Suite)
