Overview At Trueway Realty, we are looking for a proactive and dynamic Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. If you are organized, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you! 
Requirements Bilingual (Spanish – English at least B1) 
Proactive attitude 
Dynamic and responsible 
Strong multitasking skills 
Excellent communication and customer service 
Schedule Monday to Friday 
09:00 AM – 07:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included) 
Salary & Benefits Estimated salary: USD $625/month + commissions 
USA holidays off 
1 paid vacation week 
Location On-site position in Pereira, Risaralda.
