Job Description
Lead or materially support acquisition, financing and disposal processes, with appropriate senior oversight
Contribute to deal sourcing, business plan development, and commercial negotiations
Build and review financial models for acquisitions, re-fi, disposals and (where applicable) development underwriting
Prepare and review investment committee materials and lead presentations
Coordinate due diligence processes and support transactions through to completion
