In this new role you will be responsible for handling all aspects of Real Estate transactions. In this role you will be required to: Supervise and assist junior and senior law clerks handling high volume of residential and refinance, purchase, and sale transactions. Review agreements of purchase and sale, new build contracts, status certificates, loan documents. Liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, etc. What you will need to succeed
