Richter assists clients with commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate matters.

She has a wide range of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation related to the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial and residential properties. Her experience also encompasses general corporate matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and corporate governance.
