Our client is a prominent law firm seeking an experienced Attorney to join the firm's Real Estate Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
-Conducting complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial office lease transactions
-Delivering creative solutions to clients on various real estate matters, including real estate development, land use, zoning, and environmental issues
-Assisting clients with due diligence, negotiation, contract drafting and the closing process
-Advising on property management agreements, commercial leases, and other related agreements
-Working closely with partners and clients on legal issues related to property titles, environmental law, and other related subjects
Qualifications:
-A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
