Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Backend Operations VA to support Thrive Capital LLC's real estate acquisition pipeline through foreclosure and probate lead processing. This role is back-office and administrative, focused on data mining, data validation, spreadsheet management, CRM uploads, and workflow execution.
The Backend Operations VA is responsible for executing high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring foreclosure and probate leads are properly sourced, reviewed, categorized, uploaded, and prepared for acquisitions and underwriting teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple websites and spreadsheets, able to follow SOPs precisely, and capable of handling tedious workflows without sacrificing accuracy.
