• Must be college graduate
• Must be very knowledgeable in using computer and smart phone. Applications like Word, Excel, Google Drive, Canva etc
• Having Real Estate knowledge is a PLUS but if not,
• Must be very willing to learn
• Must be easily reachable by phone or message

Scope of work

• Posting of property listing in all social media platforms (FB, Marketplace, Viber Groups and Whatsapp and all other platforms necessary)
• Answering queries of clients
• Scheduling of property viewings
• Property matching
• Accompany client to viewing if main broker is not available

Requirement

• Hybrid setup. Some days work from home, some days work on site (San Juan City Office)
• Must willing to work on Saturdays if needed only
