Key Responsibilities

Develop Local Expansion Strategy

Define the vision and strategy for Decathlon's development (including stores and other formats) within the territory to increase market share. This includes:

• Analyzing market data (traffic, sales performance, competition, etc.).

• Designing the multi-channel network and planning the implementation of new solutions (e.g., shops, lockers, digital points), ensuring alignment with the Country Project.
