Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skip tracing to accurately locate property owners’ contact information.
• Make outbound cold calls to property owners.
• Follow provided scripts to qualify leads and gather necessary property information.
• Accurately record call results, lead details, and conversation notes in the CRM.
