Real Estate Consultant

• Market and sell all projects of Megaworld Alpha.
• Participate in all marketing and business activities organized by the company
• Assist the needs and concerns of clients
• Attend to inquiries, requests, and concerns of potential and existing buyers
• Prospect clients, negotiate, and close sales
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including sales managers, agents, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and resources to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, people development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide input into product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
