Transaction Coordination & Listing Management:

• Prepare real estate offers, listing documentation, and transaction materials
• Draft, review, and manage Maryland real estate contracts and templates, with the ability to learn quickly
• Split ratified contracts and listing agreements in Dotloop and submit for review
• Manage active transaction files within the A Frame transaction management system
