Real Estate Controller

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Head of SEA Finance Retail, the Real Estate Controller will have responsibility for the full financial management of one retail banner operates in SEA, aimed at financial closing, cost controlling, profitable growth, consolidating, reporting and analyzing monthly financial results to assess the performance of the region and communicate to the various shareholders (Corporate, General Manager, Regional CFO).
