Real Estate Controller

Venture Tech Solutions is seeking a Real Estate Controller to work closely with our Controller CFO to help manage our real estate portfolio.

The Real Estate Controller position is located in our corporate office in Plantation, FL. This an in-office position.

Real Estate Controller Duties

+ Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

+ Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing processes.

+ Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.

+ Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliations regularly to maintain data integrity.
