Reporting to the President, the Real Estate Development Manager serves as the strategic driver for the entire real estate project lifecycle—leading initiatives from initial feasibility through building design, site plan approvals, rezoning applications, permitting, and regulatory compliance. This role covers a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial developments, including subdivision applications, commercial buildings, residential towers, and mixed‑use projects.
