THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sr. Director/ Director on the Office Leasing team, you be responsible for identifying and securing strategic locations to support Aritzia's infrastructure initiatives - such as office spaces & distribution centres. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our real estate strategy for non-retail assets, driving the growth and optimization of our infrastructure portfolio. This role leads the end-to-end leasing process - from market analysis and site identification to negotiation support and lease execution.
