Job Responsibilities

• Able to brainstorm and come up with tenant mix for a project.
• Able to keep up with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
• Have their agent network, be it property agents or panel agents.
• Familiar with the relevant laws and common practices in rental and leasing industry.
• Able to perform daily operation tasks such as paperwork, formal written and oral communication, tenant relation.
• Tenant sourcing to boost occupancy or upgrade existing tenant mix.

Qualification

• At least 3 years experience in the field of rental and leasing, and property management.
• At least Diploma in real estate related syllabus such as property management, property development, and
• leasing.
