to support underwriting and evaluation of
U.S.-based real estate investments

This role is intended for professionals who
already build real estate financial models
(as part of investment banking, private equity, real estate advisory, or similar roles) and are looking for a flexible second engagement with meaningful deal exposure.

You will
own the financial model
, collaborate with the sponsor on assumptions, and support investment decision-making. Final investment decisions remain with the sponsor.
