Responsibilities

• Process a residential real estate file from intake to closing for both a vendor and purchaser.
• Utilize proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, PCLaw, Word and Outlook.
• Maintain excellent client relationship skills and communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a Real Estate Law Clerk.
• Ability to process a residential real estate file to closing for both vendors and purchasers.
• Proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, PCLaw, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Salary based on experience level.
