Real Estate Lead Manager

This role is the heartbeat of our lead flow and follow-up engine. You'll keep our CRM sharp, organized, and running at full speed so every lead is tracked, worked, and never forgotten. You'll manage fresh data uploads each month, build and refine our best marketing lists, and act as a second set of eyes to make sure our team is communicating quickly and consistently with every seller. You'll also support behind-the-scenes systems, tech, and automations (like Zapier) that keep our operation moving fast.
