Job Description

Responsibilities
2.5 Hours/Term Performing invigilation duties for mid-term or final exams as required.
 
2.5 Estimated Total Hours of Work*
 
*Actual hours may vary at offer time dependent on qualifications and determined rate of pay. Employees can work up to a maximum of 130 hours per semester or 390 hours per academic. Employees shall not be guaranteed work and when not on assignment they shall not receive any pay or payment in lieu of benefits.

Qualifications
Previous evaluation of performance as an Invigilator at the University (if applicable)
Enrolled in: 1st or 2nd year of Masters, or any year of PhD
Greater preference will be accorded first to Doctoral candidates, then Master's candidates
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Be punctual and reliable
Be able to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 lbs
Able to stand/walk around large venues for exte...
